Terms of Service — Draft

This is a pre-launch working draft and should receive appropriate legal review before accepting paid customer projects.

Service scope

The Room Project provides remote concept design and product-planning guidance. It does not provide architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, engineering, permit or construction drawings or professional services requiring licensure.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate room dimensions, photographs, constraints and other project information and for independently verifying dimensions before construction, custom ordering or permanent installation.

Visualizations

Renderings are illustrative concepts and may not depict exact dimensions, colors, finishes or currently available products.

Revisions

The base package includes one consolidated revision request consistent with the original project brief. A materially different project direction may require a new order.

Products and pricing

Retail prices, availability, shipping, taxes and product specifications may change after the plan is delivered. Customers should verify all information with the retailer before purchasing.

Cancellations

A final cancellation and refund policy should be selected and added before accepting payment.
